These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the use of services provided by WiredUp.ai (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By engaging WiredUp.ai for services, the client (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agrees to the terms outlined below.
WiredUp.ai provides operational oversight, documentation review, and material cost visibility services to commercial electrical contractors. WiredUp.ai does NOT manage procurement, purchasing, deliveries, or vendor relationships and assumes no responsibility for operational outcomes.

All final decisions remain solely with the Client.
WiredUp.ai is not a procurement provider, purchasing agent, construction manager, project manager, accountant, or financial advisor.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WiredUp.ai shall not be liable for:
Total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by Client to WiredUp.ai in the prior three (3) months.
WiredUp.ai relies on documentation provided by the Client, vendors, and third parties. We are not responsible for incomplete or inaccurate information provided by others.
Services are billed on a monthly retainer basis unless otherwise agreed. Payments are due according to the signed service agreement. Late payments may result in service suspension.
WiredUp.ai agrees to maintain confidentiality of all client information and use it solely for service delivery purposes.
